Scott Ball

With a background in hotels and venues in both an organising and sales capacity Scott has an inbuilt understanding of a clients requirements and an ability to deliver and exceed their expectations. Initially working for Hilton hotels he moved in to event management roles in convention venues before joining the MedComs specialist PPSI. It was here that he gained in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector developing key clients both in the UK and USA.

Over a 6 year period he delivered a range of events in specialist medical sectors including Infectious Diseases, HIV/AIDS, Respiratory, Cardiology and Oncology. He then moved to New York for almost 5 years where he was heavily involved in the opening of PPSI’s US office.

During this time and then as an independent event manager he has travelled to every major destination across all continents. He has developed an intimate knowledge of more than a hundred key cities and knows exactly what and what doesn’t work in each of them! He has also lived and worked in Australia and run his own agency, SBA International Meeting Management.

He has a reputation for remembering every last detail of an event and delivering it to the highest standard. Always being several steps ahead of both known and unknown requirements. He also seems to work 24/7!
